The acclaimed Tygerberg Children’s Choir (conducted by Karina Erasmus) and Cape Town Camerata (conducted by Leon Starker) will represent SA in Tolosa, Spain, during the 55th Tolosa Basque Choral Contest. Only 6 children’s choirs and 11 chamber choirs from all over the world are invited to take part. At this farewell concert ahead their participation, prescribed works in the Basque language will be performed alongside other works specially prepared for the competition, promising a riveting musical experience.
