Roxane Steffen, principal double bass with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra and lecturer at Stellenbosch University and UCT, is joining forces with Mariechen Harley who recently returned from Texas, USA, where she finished a PhD Double Bass. Together they will take you to the magical world of Double Bass, playing all original music for solo and duo Double Bass. Jose Dias will be accompanying them on piano. On the programme are works by David Anderson, Nino Rota and Giovanni Bottisini.

This concert forms part of the Endler Concert Series and takes place at 8pm on Friday 21 September in the Endler Hall, Stellenbosch.
